With so much information available, job seekers can check the culture of your company, the structure, whether there is room for growth and the thoughts of your customer or client base through your online presence.

Is your website and company social pages a true reflection of your business?

Here’s some ideas to help keep your online presence up to date:

  1. Web content – are you regularly updating your website with new projects, developments, services and insights? Including examples of how your business is sustainable and socially responsible?
  2. Social profiles – have they been set up? If so, post regularly to show what an amazing business you are!
  3. Benefits and values – what do you offer that would make you an employer of choice? It’s important to highlight these on your social channels.
  4. Meet the team – roles and headshots need to be current on your website and on social platforms such as LinkedIn.
  5. Customer reviews – check and respond regularly to acknowledge the thoughts of those you interact with and show you care.

First impressions work both ways and these are some simple steps that you can take to look after the online presence of your business.
