Meet Kylie
Founder & Senior Recruitment Specialist
With over 15 years of recruitment experience under her belt, Kylie started Prime Recruitment in 2019 when she identified a need for a female-led, boutique recruitment partner in the industry. She has been making her mark on the industry ever since.
For over 15 years, Kylie has worked with some of Australia’s leading property groups, project management firms, building companies & developers, and has been responsible for establishing high-value and impactful working relationships across Australia’s property and construction sector.
When she’s not running the business and working as a senior recruitment specialist, Kylie enjoys spending time with her two daughters, attending HIIT and boxing classes. Believe it or not, Kylie owns her own property development portfolio.
Before making the transition into recruitment, Kylie worked in real estate for six years. This industry experience means that her candidates and clients benefit from an unmatched level of insight and intuition, not to mention her network of valuable connections.
Kylie is also a Committee Member & Representative of the current Property Council Mentor Programme Advisory Board where she has the opportunity to share her experience with the next generation of industry leaders.

With 3 years recruitment experience in the property and real estate sectors, Laura is a proactive go-getter committed to providing her clients with a high calibre of candidates.
Laura is efficient and has strong communication skills, and is known for navigating the dynamic landscape of property recruitment with a keen understanding of client needs and a track record of delivering successful placements.
Laura prides herself on strategically finding the right talent for her clients and roles that are the best fit for her candidates.

Pearl commenced her career in Hospitality and quickly found her strengths in operations, recruiting and management before making the move into Property & Construction recruitment.
Pearl’s devotion to helping candidates achieve their career goals coupled with her sales, customer service and recruitment experience gives her the edge when it comes to hiring. She is naturally curious at heart and loves the consultative nature of recruitment.

Our Recruitment Consultant (Construction)
Simone’s background, although diverse in nature, has always had the wellbeing of people at its forefront.
Leveraging off a diverse background, Simone embraced a new challenge of moving to Melbourne to pursue a career in recruitment, learning the skills of the trade in a large well known agency specialising in a fast paced contracting desk.
Now on her venture to become more specialised and an industry specific Recruitment Consultant within Melbourne’s highly prominent Construction sector. Simone partners with clients on an executive search and contingent basis, also providing contract solutions, for building companies and large subcontractors, placing candidates into their career roles that ultimately thrive.
