Our client is seeking a Sales Assistant who has a love for sales and wants to learn and make a difference in their career.  Located in the Northern Suburbs where professionalism meets a family-like atmosphere! Do you have the drive and want to succeed in Real Estate Sales? You have the tools here to do so.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Assisting the director with out of office appointments.
  • Get yourself out and about the office networking and meeting with vendors and buyers.
  • Prospecting new leads and listing opportunities.
  • Prepare and learn how to have a successful Vendor meeting.
  • Manage the database and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct open for inspections and be prepared to participate in Auctions.
  • Attend training sessions amongst the team and attend sales meeting to share your success with the office.
  • Prepare advertising materials.

  • Current Agents Representative Certificate
  • Professional Presentation and Vibrant Personality
  • General Computer Knowledge
  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
  • Positive & Friendly Phone Manner
  • Must Have a Driver’s License & Car
