About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our clients team in the pivotal role of Associate/Senior Consultant within their Project Assurance business unit, focused on the building services aspect of a groundbreaking healthcare development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead as an independent reviewer within a collaborative team environment, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring adherence to project standards.
- Execute comprehensive reporting and acceptance testing procedures with meticulous attention to detail.
- Cultivate and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, navigating diverse personalities with professionalism and confidence.
Desired Candidate Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Building Services, preferably 7-10 years.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in Building Services commissioning.
- Recent employment in a construction firm, particularly with delivery experience in healthcare or large-scale commercial & complex projects.
- Prior experience as a Building Services Manager or Coordinator in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder.
