Our client located in Melbourne’s CBD is excited to offer an opportunity to work alongside a strong, flexible, committed property management team. As the Assistant Property Manager, you have the flexibility to choose your own hours and days (4 day work week) and have the opportunity to work from home.
This position is ideal for experienced professionals looking for adaptable work schedules to accommodate their lifestyle, or individuals with around 12 months of industry experience eager to advance their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with entry and exit reports.
  • Attend open for inspections.
  • Process applications and associated tasks.
  • Manage general property administration.
  • Coordinate key collections and move ins.
  • Learn, grow and have the opportunity to manage your own portfolio.
  • Respond to all phone and email inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 6-12 months experience working in Property Management.
  • Good understanding of day-to-day property management tasks.
  • Proficiency with Property Me, Inspection Express, and IRE.
  • Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in person and over the phone.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Hold a current Victorian Driver’s License and have a reliable car.
